This week is a blur. Today is Wednesday, but it felt like Monday. That, or I'm still recovering from the "short" hike I did Sunday. The aches didn't hit 'till Tuesday so I felt like I was slogging through the day like a snow skier in a full-body cast

I'm glad things are calming down. Hopefully when I get home tonight, there will be time to listen to that podcast. I'd be interested to hear how that man justifies what he's doing (if he even bothered).
