Not sure if you heard, but the Supremes (not to be confused with the singing group) finally ruled on Arizona's immigration enforcement law... On three parts, they ruled that it was the federal gov't jurisdiction so the state couldn't make it against the law because it would effectively punish a person for a crime twice.
