One Piece voices

I watched some episodes today, or actually just parts of them so I could hear voices of characters. Well... some of them were great, but some disappointed me. Here are my opinions so far:

Luffy: 
What I expected: Kinda low voice, a little like Kakashi's, but more childish.
What I got: Nooooooo! TT.TT I don't like that voice! It's nothing like I
