I usually don't advertise when I cut someone or just a few here and there but I just cut about 40 maybe a few more journals that were inactive not really for any other reason. I recently converted all my entries to "Friends Only" my journal used to be a combination with some entries public, things change. If you ask I'll probably add you unless I don't feel like it for some reason.
