I've recently had an experience with an old friend that I wanted to write down, just to get my head around. I have known this girl since I was born practically. Our parents were friends, and so it was a pleasant surprise when she recently found me on myspace. So after a few messages back and forth she asked how my parents were and I told her that

How strange. I'm terrible for doing this thing where I get emails I want to ponder before I answer, so I put them aside...and then just never get back to them. LJ entries, too. Could be something similar.

I'm the same, so I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. Except we'd exchanged several emails beforehand. So I think that me saying mom and dad had passed away had something to do with getting no response from her. But who knows?

Ah, things here are good, just stressful. We're trying to buy a house, and I'm crazy. lol But you've been there so I'm sure you know what I mean.
