Siiiiick.

I think it might be allergies. For the past month I've been sneezing like crazy and my nose has been itchy all the time. Last night I was constantly awakened by coughing cause my throat was dry. I've never had allergy problems until now and it sucks. How do people deal with this year after year?! I may see a doctor for this.

 Floss.

If you guys never listen to any thing else I type in this journal, remember that I told you to floss. When we eat, food gets caught up in the pockets between our teeth around the gumline. If left alone, this food develops into hard plaque, which in turn inflames the gums and causes gingivitis. And I can tell you from experience:

And birds are birding! I'm happy winter is ending. I really want to try and get outside more this year. I need the exercise, as I'm terribly out of shape. :P

I think I might have chipped my tooth filling on some Special K. Wether it's chipped or not, it hurts like crud. :S Some of my friends and I are going to see Epic Movie this Saturday. It's kind of something we thought up a couple weeks ago. Gotta remember to buy some of that dollar store candy. :)
