tomorrow is spirit day, in which people across the USA will wear purple to mourn the suicides of gay youths.

i am not in the states.

and i own no purple. not in either wardrobe, on either side of the atlantic.

if you feel at all sympathetic to this rally, please wear purple to stand in for me???

I literally don't think I own anything purple, but if I can find something I will wear it.

yeah--the glbtq community has truly poor taste in colors, imho. pink and lilac? really????

But, on a more serious note, I will definitely be wearing purple tomorrow. I think they're doing it here in Canada too.

sorry. didn't mean to hate on your colors. it's just that those of us who are not terribly fond of pastel colors suffer more for showing our solidarity than those who like them. :)
