I started smoking when I was 11 and would have been called a heavy smoker for the last 25 years. The key to stopping for me has been to learn to truly understand addiction. I am un-brainwashed...got that monkey off my back. I'm free! I know lots of people say this, and now I can join them. If I can do it, ANYBODY can! Heehee!

Okay, don't get me wrong. I love the fact that we are trying to prevent cancer, and a cancer that affects women at that. Cool. But please don't force my young daughters to have the HPV vaccine. I gave birth to a baby girl I called Mia. Five days later I left the hospital and went back to being a teenager. I left the baby to be adopted by a family who would love and care for her like she were their own.
