So my car didn't start again this morning. I wasn't really expecting it to since it was still below freezing (though warmer than it has been in about 3 days) but I tried as I was waiting downstairs for Jacob to pick me up for work. My stint on the cash register was boring but fairly painless and I got fed. Today was the catered lunch for getting

Fingers crossed, the heat will do the trick.

That whole Merry Christmas vs. Happy Holiday thing makes me shake my head. Like there aren't more important things to get all worried and angry about than whether someone uses the "right" way to say have a great day.

I had to bite my tongue not to argue that most historians are pretty much in agreement that Jesus wasn't born on Dec 25th anyway. I'd always heard sometime in Sept (maybe Oct) but I've recently learned that Latter Day Saints believe it to have been April 6th. How they can think to narrow it to a specific date when even most figures who were prominent at the time don't usually have more than vague birth dates. I guess that's not the point though. ;P
