Thanks! So far the work is much like what I did at Walmart but the employee attitudes, overall mood and - oh yeah! - a little thing called far superior pay has it all over Wally World. And I'm loving being freely mobile again!

I've been looking for a new job and it's good to hear Lowe's is a good company to work for. I might put in an application now. Glad to hear an update from you!

Thanks! So far Lowe's has it in spades over Wally World if for no other reason than the starting pay is nearly $4 more per hour! (at least here in Kansas City). Now is definitely the time to apply since they're hiring for seasonal which is the way to get your foot in the door - that's how I got in. Be prepared to walk your ass off though unless you're a cashier. My feet are a little numb right now. Or maybe I should say I wish they were more numb. ;)
