I knew about cinnamon but not ginger. I used to take cinnamon capsules when I was first diagnosed (along with a metric ton of other supplements) but when I became unemployed it got a little too expensive. I think I'll buy some when I go back to work *sob!* on Monday. Thanks for the reminder.
