Thank you - I was really worried about the smut taking over and overshadowing the ending, so I'm glad that it worked for you. Also glad that more than one person picked up on Darren's shift from "Sir" to "Chris" before Chris did. He's not always the most perceptive, but then again, neither is Darren.

I'm looking forward to writing the next chapter. I won't say whether the Chris/Sir thing is addressed then (if ever), but I will say that there is a lot of talking, and some interesting things are said. ;)

With the exception of Five (because it was so short and mostly filler), I've been posting each chapter to the comms almost as soon as it was finished. I'm speedy, that way. Unfortunately, the next four chapters have certain challenges, and I can't promise they'll come as quickly as some of the others have. I'm still planning to do my best to get them out (I quite honestly have the current chapter open whenever my laptop is on - and that's about 90% of my waking hours). This chapter took about twelve hours to complete, if that helps give any idea.

For now, though, I think I need to get some sleep. It's after eight a.m. for me, and I haven't slept since yesterday. :)

I wish I had saved my comments from earlier but like I said, this is soooooooo my favorite part. Not even for the UNF MINDBLOWINGLY HOTNESS but the feelings, GAH the feelings. Angsty in the beginning and the shift at the end, oh boys.

Oh, believe me - I know I'm going to have thoughts while they're on stage. If you think reading this has broken you, just think about how much writing it's broken me. I have to remind myself on occasion that no, they're not really like this in real life, and no, Chris is not going to chain Darren to the desk in their room at the Hyatt and leave him there while Chris takes a bath or something.

It's a sickness, really. ;>
