It's official: Borders to Sell Intellectual Property to Barnes & Noble

If we were tracking purchase history all along and are now able to sell it to B&N, why on earth weren't we using it better when we had it with more targeted and relevant "deals" for customers? Man, Borders deserved to go under! Nothing like sending the exact same coupons and deals out to every customer and not doing anything with the sales data!
