in the darkest times, hope is something we give ourselves

So how wrong is it that I find Uncle Iroh's quotes to be just as if not more inspirational than the deep statements of a lot of famous real people?

IT IS NEVER WRONG. People who think it is wrong to find his words inspirational have no hearts. :P

Not wrong at all. He has good quotes. ^_^

(And there were real people involved in writing those quotes anyway, so what kind of against-argument is "he's not real!" anyway? I mean, seriously.)

Yeah, I tell myself to think of those script-writers. Maybe there was an extremely wise person writing for Iroh's or something. Maybe they drink tea daily.

Eh, it's not wrong, it's script writing. Of course something hashed over the period of a week sounds better than spur of the moment! It's a rare person who can sound inspired at any given moment of the day.

I wish I knew that person, though. They'd be fun times to hang out with.
