nights wrapped in white satin

Whenever I have some big issue in my life, (friend or family drama, usually,) I can't go a night without dreaming some big solution to it, or some scenario in which the problem goes away. AUGH. At least they're still technically good dreams.

I guess it's nice that your brain can escape from/solve your worries for a little bit each night? Sure beats panicked nightmares at least (and I would assume leaves you feeling more rested than not).

Oh, yes, it definitely leaves me more well-rested than panicked nightmares would. Or horrible guilt dreams. It's like my brain is swatting at me to FOLLOW THESE INTRUCTIONS PLZ, even though some of the dream solutions are just...you know, endanger the world and form a superhero team and save their lives sort of thing. Because it's still my crack headspace.
