My sister is continuing the trend of punishing me for our fights by using the baby. She says I am no longer allowed to touch my nephew. I doubt this will last long, because sooner or later she'll have an English paper she'll need me to help her with or a party she needs me to drive her to or some other favor that my parents won't do for her, but I' ( Read more... )

I could mail you "Olivia." XD

Rubyfruit Jungle by Rita-Mae-Brown was the first one I ever read, but in retrospect I'm not sure it was that good. It's just weird. I'll comment again if I think of anything else...

I can't stay away from craft festivals. XD They constantly call me back with their melodic siren's calls. *eats sauce*

I will totally make a Tae Kwan Do post when I begin the training. XD It's an introductory course of four lessons, so I'll see if I want to keep doing it. I probably will.

Also, I read your Mai and Jun fic and luuurved it. Mai would be a great traveling mercenary/assassain!

I don't know of any lesbian books sadly. I was told of one by a local author years and years ago, that dealt with two Greek Goddess (I think one was Athena) who became married and shunned males.

All I know of is lesbian movies. Half decent ones, about teenagers finding love and adults who realize that they don't want the man they're suppose to marry and go on a crusade to get the woman they love.

Maybe Athena and Artemis? Those two could totally form something. (Artemis had a harem! A harem of nymphs!)

A list of movies would be good too!

I think it was those two, I'll look around and see if I can find it, I have the general idea if I see it I'll know it. :D

Uh, I'll go through the collection of movies I've got, some I've yet to watch, but at the moment, 'But I'm A Cheerleader' is a funny one about this cheerleader being sent to a 'straight camp'. I've about five other movies I have burned off, but can't remember off the top of my head which ones I've watched and which ones I haven't.

Uh, 'Kissing Jessica Stein' is a bittersweet movie...and 'Imagine You and Me'

Those are the one's I've watched recently and really liked, all three are actually highly recommended as good Lesbian movies to watch... Also, it's just hard to find a non-porn movie that is about female/female love..

I'll keep looking for the book though.

I've heard of 'But I'm a Cheerleader', and have been wanting to watch that for a while. The other two are new to me! Mostly, the lesbian romances or lesbian couples I'e seen were in anime/manga. It's amazing that, while Japan is much more strict about homosexuality than America is, they allow so much more of it in their media.
