I like it! Very calm and measured feel to it, and quite in character for both Dean and Castiel. Plus I like the added element of a slight mystery about Sam and things being a little different between Sam and Dean.
I hope you continue this story - I'm eager to see how Dean and Cas progress!

This was great--the subtle ways Dean and Cas's relationship shifts over time, the way Cas holds his first dream with him, the differences between Sam and Dean's dreams. I look forward to more SPN from you!
