I registered today for trek tri island 2005. Surely it will be even more fun then this year. At least now I know how to train, what type of hills to work on and for how long as well as get in some good long miles. 150 miles really isn't all that bad if you think about it. and break down into 3 days....I can't wait to get the rest of my gear too ( Read more... )
