Anyone know of a company looking for a talented writer/editor/talk-show host? I suddenly have a lot more time on my hands.

I'm really not sure what might be available around my neck of the woods, but there's always the possibility of something financial related. I know we're looking to move into social networking and that sort of thing, which would seem to indicate the editor/writer skill set would be important. I'll check with some people tomorrow, but you can take a look at http://about.intuit.com/careers/ and see if there's anything available that looks good. We're doing a lot of remote site working, so make sure you broaden your search beyond Plano. It's possible something that would be a good fit someplace else might not require actually moving there.

I don't know of anything, but I'll keep my ears open. Take a look at O&G companies - I bet Chesapeake might need more warm bodies; so might Devon and Hunt Oil.
