hehe - some of us are unfortunate enough to *actually* have discussions just like this one with the voices Tennants in our heads ourselves :O

My dear, you have been ingesting too many of those magic mushrooms. You know, the sparkly ones with red dots that the pixies sit on.

Or maybe you've been working too hard.

Or reading the Wrong Kind of Book.

I mean. Owen, as Lancelot? I shake my head sadly.

Only - I say *ONLY* because of the whole 'he had an affair with Gwen thing' *points* :D

I shake my head even more sadly. Poor deluded soul.

It's obvious that the Doctor is Merlin (all that timey-wimey magic) and Ianto is Lancelot (loving but torn two ways). Gwen is not Guinevere (the lovelorn catalyst) but a good Morgan le Fay, setting things in motion and dealing with consequences.

Rhys is Sir Kay.

Owen is... well, in first series, he is Mordred, the wayward and rejected pseudo-son who brings on destruction. In series two, he is La Morte.

Oh well yes, if we were being logical and canon about it The Doctor *is* Merlin and Tosh would be Guinevere :D But then that would involve a Who crossover and tw100 frowns (used to frown?) on those so brain refused to go there.

Have you seen Merlin at all? Torchwood as an institution would have to be Uther... intent on driving all magic (aliens) from the kingdom.

:->

I now have images of the flagellant monks and the Lego version of Knights of the Round Table song going round in my head! I haven't watched Merlin yet but I think I can feel a re-watching of Monty Python and the Holy Grail coming on!

It's a special feature on the DVD version we've got and it's really funny! It's probably on YouTube - I know there's a(n unofficial) Lego version of the scene where TW watch over Jack after Abaddon on there.

I love the Lego versions of things!

Damn I haven't got time to go and look right now, either - it will have to wait until later.

OT
Can I ask you what font that it is on your journal? I am intrigued.
