You've actually managed to take Eve to new levels of BAMF. XD And Hal: you've got such a knack for hinting at all the complexities of his character. Their story is just getting better and better. :D
Shall I say how beautifully, gorgeously poetic your writing is? I think I'm starting to sound like a stuck record, but sod it, you deserve the praise - your writing is just so gorgeous. <3
If I had to pick out one line to squee over, it would have to be this:
She feels like she will never wash herself clean of that tenderness.
Cutler was spot on, as always. And yay for Fergus. Double yay for Eve whacking him with the brick. XD
There was so much other good stuff, and I want to say more. But I did a long run tonight, and I am crashing to the point where I'm not sure I'm making much sense.
Next chapter, please? Preferably yesterday. ;)

LOL, Hal just keeps asking to be emotionally tortured. XD I can't help it!
I'm glad you like the writing. While I was writing the story, I couldn't shake off the feeling that the writing was kind of... I dunno, poor? Bland? So yeah, I was worried. >_<
Hahaha, the brick is my new favourite weapon!
I'll try to post the next chapter tomorrow. It just needs proofreading. XD
Btw did you see that beinghuman_fic now has moderated posting? Since when, I wonder, and why!? It's not like the comm has been so active or has been spammed or anything! I hate moderated posting. T_T

Let me tell you how much I adore your writing:
I didn't want to run tonight. I've got a half marathon rapidly approaching, and I've been out of action with an injury, and I knew it was going to be 90 mins of hard slog. Then I saw that you'd posted this chapter, and I told myself that I couldn't read it until I'd been out and run my target distance. No excuses. And I did it, even though the last 3 miles were hell. You're my new motivational technique! BTW you couldn't delay the last chapter until next Tuesday could you - that's when my next long run is scheduled. ;)
It's kind of weird that beinghuman_fic has swapped to moderated posting now. It's pretty much been us usual suspects posting on there lately. Unless they've got an issue with the sort of content we've been posting? That kind of sucks. :(

(Eve's struggle with make-up is eerily cute)
I can't decide who stole the spotlight - Regus with his stories and doodling, bc
the grey-faced, big-headed, malicious Mr Drizzle and the bipolar Heinrich Redshield whose enemies die of boredom while he is counting them LMAO!!! Regus wins the spotlight for once :D
or Cutler saving Eve's face (in both senses ;) love the irony)
“Who do you think you are?” she spits. She didn’t even know she could manage to look so dignified under such circumstances.
Cutler squares his shoulders, puffing up with assumed importance.
“Hal’s PR representative.”
She remembers a stupid joke Hal made shortly after her recruitment. Something about Cutler and Fergus being her big brothers now.
“This is what the whole peace with the Cylons business was about, wasn’t it?” Cutler says. Half the time she has no idea what he’s talking about and neither do most of the Old Ones. “So go back there and… Well, insert something motivational here.”Eve & Cutler's ( ... )
