Don't hurt yourself, Keegan, and don't let someone else hurt you. I had to let go of Keith because it hurt me to be with him because he made me think less of myself (and a million other reasons), and I can't say that I don't smile when I see him because he's familiar and I miss our conversations and things. I miss all the good, but I can't put up with the bad enough to make it worth it.

Plus, I've got an amazing guy who is everything I need AND want :)

Im soooo happy to hear you say that. You just said what everyone who truly cares about you has been saying for a long time now. Im not pretending i know all about relationships cuz lets face it- i dont. But i DO know that as much as you love(d) cathy, she isnt good for you or your self esteem. You arent the same person when your with her and when you guys dated all i heard about was your fights or things she said. You need someone who will love you for the amazing person you are, you are the coolest person ive ever known, and you deserve more- and you should know it.
