Well, after Obama got elected I didn't really have anything to do, and I just wanted to come back to Stars Hollow. I mean, it's not like I had much of a break between work and college. I needed time to think, that's all.

The boy came after I came back. There was no boy before, and no boy during. Strictly a boy after scenario.
