Sounds like you had an active weekend. Mine was fairly sedentary and involved food ... going out for Mexican food and sushi and then making more Mexican food at home. :)

I got The Friendly Young Ladies, about which I know nothing other than what's on the blurb.

I've never heard of this book. I've only read some of her historical novels but that was a long while ago as I only remember The Persian Boy vaguely.
