I KNOW! I mean, I get requiring my driver's license and even possibly ID for kids who can, you know, walk or at least talk. But she is FOUR MONTHS OLD!

Does she have a passport? Or is that part of why you need the birth certificate?

By the way, maybe you should hold off on teaching her to say "DEATH TO THE INFIDELS!" until after the cruise. Just a thought.

OH, THIS IS THE HILARIOUS PART! We aren't going on a cruise. We aren't leaving the port. We're just going onto the ship for a wedding and then leaving before the ship leaves the port. So, no, she doesn't have a passport. Neither do I, for that matter.

Yeah, infidels seems like a hard word to learn... all those consonants and all. Maybe "Death to You" would be easier for her? Would be funny as anything, anyhow... you know, until we got booted from the ship and ended up in a detention center in Miami awaiting transit to Gitmo.
