Great second part!! I really love the way you paralleled Kate and Juliet's relationship (or whatever you want to call it) to other relationships that Juliet has had. I also liked throwing Harper in there. It worked so well, especially with Juliet talking about Goodwin to Kate. Can't wait to read the next part!

I loved how they wouldn't directly answer questions unless they were made to. Both Juliet's and Kate's distrust are all very in-place, considering what's happened to them in the past. This was a great second part, and I look forward to the next one!

Nice! I love Juliet's inner-monologue throughout this. You did a great job of conveying her uneasiness about the whole thing, but still her desire to protect Kate.

“There is a door, you know,” Juliet says, watching Kate as she lowered the window and replaced the drapes. She suddenly felt very silly, standing there in her pajamas holding her toothbrush. Then she reconsidered, thinking that Kate had already seen her in much less.

“Why break tradition?”

LOL. There was a lot to this fic that I really liked, but somehow I just thought this part was especially great, and very in-character for both of them. :)
