So I can no longer ruthlessly mock the American political system because... well, it seems to work. I watched the Obama inauguration coverage on Tuesday with a bunch of friends all sitting around the TV eating birthday cake. It was CAKE and OBAMA and what more could you want? Arg, that poem. Free verse sucks, and her diction was just wierd. But the old civil rights guy was amazing. Also better than Rick Warren, who did the prayer, and said Saaasha and Ma...halia.

The G2 this week has been EPIC. It makes me want to make a scrapbook or something!

I KNOW! Now our politics seems really dull and static. Where are they getting all these awesome politicians from, some sort of factory?! And why can't we have any? Its Not Fair.

Yeah, Rick Warren scared me... The G2 has been brilliant, oh man. I loved all their pre-election coverage and their announcement of the election coverage and now the inauguration coverage is over... What will there be to write about? I'm going cold turkey!

British politicians are just so much less charismatic... Gordon's doing his best and all but he doesn't exactly make me feel empowered about the future of my nation.
