why does the electricity become unstable when they use it for making the new "hall"? O_o why does it have to be now? it's annoying when i hear my UPS "clicking" knowing [grr it's clicking again] that the computer might turn off anytime the UPS can't take it... and the monitor's affected too. i didn't connect it to the UPS so the screen somewhat ( Read more... )
