How to Get Denied for a US visa

  1. Be single
  2. Between the ages 20-35
  3. Have less than 500USD salary per month
  4. Have a immediate relative (i.e. brother) who is a permanent resident
  5. apply with 2 more family members of the same status

now that you mention it.. when I applied for my US visa back in end 2006, I remember seeing a few people who had their application rejected and those were people who were planning trip to visit their family members in the US. On the other hand, those who applied for visa purely for work and leisure had their application approved with 10 year visa

Maybe next time it would be better if we say we're going sightseeing somewhere far from where my brother lives.
