to name a child with serious propriety
before we know if it's a girl or boy.
But no matter, we'll give it a try
So the chairs won't start to cry
in their quandary to call the wee tyke.
Since the Chairs met in the theater,
something play-like might serve.
Perhaps Cyrano or Rosalind or
Benedict or Beatrice deserve.
If chairs have more merit,
perhaps you would credit
a famous chair name then
a Windsor or Brewster would do.
If a boy, it is quite clear, the name should be Ferris
(Ferrous) to spread iron throughout his life
If a girl, tis more tricky but Erica could be
gotten from ferric if you want less strife.
But whatever you name 'em
Many blessings upon them
and of course, both of you!
