i wonder if you could buy one from sam's club, switch them, and return the old one.

granted, you're in law school and i'm sure you're studying tons about "ethics" but...yeah.

i'm guessing they don't scan serials.

Not worth the risk. I checked serial numbers at EB myself before we switched to a built in computer system check on all returns. This plot, while nefarious, is nothing new to retail outlets.

Yeah, I totally agree. Something so obvious is definitely never gonna fly at any major retailer. That, and the fact that they just announced a price cut on the elite.
