After the execution, Rosier's body has been taken by Irmo, as nobody else seemed to want to take responsibility for it. And I am going to presume his soul got shuffled off to Mandos, so if Sam wants him, he's there, resting I guess.

typist: A fair assumption. He did seem to wander a bit, but if Namo will have him in Mandos as a soul, it's better than some places he could be.

Typist: Whenever you want! He's not rotting or anything, so he can lay around for a long time. He just has to get out of Lórien fast once he's alive again.
