Короче, исключить все сладкое, мучное и жирное. Бегать или быстро ходить 15-20 минут 3-4 раза в неделю.  Качать пресс (поднимать ноги, поднимать туловище пока ноги на полу и т.п.).  Тоже 3-4 раза в неделю. Приседать 50 раз в день (можно начать с 20 а то потом все болеть будет). 
Что кушаем вместо сладкого, мучного, и жирного: всякие орехи, всякие ( Read more... )

Eh... I'm not a dietician... I'm sure everything is ok in moderation, especially if you are hysically active. Once you get to your perfect body, its probably easier to maintain it. At least I hope so....:(((

U menia chut' po drugomu poluchilos':) Ya lentiai jutkii, poetomu sport vsiacheskii ko mne ne ochen-to lipnet... No na rabote polojeno 2 oplachivaemyh 15-timinutnyh pereryva, kotorye ya bystrenko topayu peshkom vokrug zdaniya. A kushat' mojno vsio!!! No v ogranichenyh kolichestvah (privykla ne srazu, no porcyi v techenii poslednih polugoda umen'shilis pochti vtroe - ekonomno ochen!) Konechno koncentraciya vnimaniya na vsiacheskie ovoschi, slava bogu ya ih vseh liubliu! A vot s fruktami napriag, no nado est... Kak Irka skazalo, soki - eto zlo! sahara slishkom mnogo. Muchnoe vsio po vozmojnosti zamenit whole grain. Esli kushat' pozdno, to zelianyi salat, mojno skol'ko hochesh, no bez miasa i zapravki:(Slava Bogu za Avocado, narezat' ego v salat i zapravki ne tak uj hochetsia. Nu i samoe glavnoe, vsio eto schastie ne doljno privyshat 1200-1400 kalorii v den. Mne prosche kushat chut-chut no chasto. Nikogda ne davat sebe golodat, potomu chto kogda golodnyi, gotov slona sojrat'... I konechno je, luchshii drug - voda! MNOGO VODY! Pervyi ( ... )

Naschet sporta. Ty znaesh, zhivot, naprimer, vyglyadit nekrasivo p dvum prichinam. Vo-pervyh, potomu chto zhira mnogo. Vo-vtoryh, potomu chto myshcy zhivota rashlyabannye. I ot etogo vsyakaya zaryadka ochen' pomogaet :))

Esli by ya kachala press, delala po 50 prisedanii i hodila po 20 minut v den', dumayu i diety nikakoy ne nado bylo by... Hotya mozhet, ya oshibayus. No exercise - eto i est' samoe slozhnoe, po-krayney mere dlya menya - lentyaiki. Tol'ko ne ponyala, chem fruktovye-to soki provinilis'? Osobenno esli natural'nye bez dobavok sahara?
