I made molasses cookies... they're a little flat but they're quite attractive. I think they could have baked 45 more seconds. Maybe then they wouldn't be flat... because they weren't when they came out of the oven, but then about a minute later, they were... so they didn't have time to set. They're not usually flat. Actually, I was wondering if maybe we could get a group together sometime and go to Northwest Trek, which I've never been to and which sounds interesting, and if Jake could come along (I spend too much time with his friends and I think it's time he met mine, if that's not a problem). Let me know if you're interested. Or if you have any other ideas on stuff we could all go do.
