molasses cookies

I made molasses cookies... they're a little flat but they're quite attractive. I think they could have baked 45 more seconds. Maybe then they wouldn't be flat... because they weren't when they came out of the oven, but then about a minute later, they were... so they didn't have time to set. They're not usually flat. Or maybe it's because I used a different brand of molasses. Maybe that's it? Anyway, I shall get it right next time.

I need to take pictures.

They taste... awesome.
