Why are there always ants crawling on my arms?

Everyday for the past week or so, I've found a lone ant crawling on my arm. I could be in bed using the lappy, in the living room reading the paper, on school grounds not studying, at band rehearsal being unmusical, or anywhere (indoors or outdoors) and I will feel a light nip on my body. I will look for the source of annoyance and discover some

Actually, I don't know much about bugs, to be honest...but I have some clues.
