Everyday for the past week or so, I've found a lone ant crawling on my arm. I could be in bed using the lappy, in the living room reading the paper, on school grounds not studying, at band rehearsal being unmusical, or anywhere (indoors or outdoors) and I will feel a light nip on my body. I will look for the source of annoyance and discover some kind of bug darting around my arm hairs. The winged insects I always flick away, but the ants I crush, leaving an odour reminiscent of coconut oil on my fingertips. Is this residual bug juice what attracts new little buggers? Where are these buggers coming from? And why tha hellllllllll are they always landing on me??
