It's been four weeks since the last visit to the Hive.  Consequently, I took myself to Dr. Ross' office this morning for a tightening.  They also added a band thingy attached to brackets of the bottom four front teeth.  This is to pull the gap between then front two together.  Usually my mouth feels worse than this the day of tightening.  I don't
