Totally with you - those scenes with beautiful. The Doctor was very real and so touching. Love him running about with Wilfred :). Wilfred deserved a bit of the action at last; after all he's always known more, somehow, that he realised ...

My feelings mirror yours, in large ways - love evil Time Lords, love the Master's presence in abstract and John Simm's acting in the specific, didn't really like the "everyone is the Master" part. That part, I feel, will require a lot of work to resolve successfully.
