This is so sweet and feels so realistic, since their relationship is really so special. It always seems so much more than a simple friendship but yet not obviously liek lovers.

In real life, they're probably not even best friends, but like you, I would like to think they also have a special kind of relationship/friendship, because they complement each other really well.
