|25| And one by one they drop like flies~ [Filtered to the Silvana]

Oh dear. You mean to tell me we're flying without a head mechanic at the moment? Doesn't that strike anyone else as a little dangerous? The Silvana's engine is still quite experimental, or so I've been told. Very temperamental...and oh so dangerous as two of our fellows have already learned.

i'm just too good, aizen-sama, arrancar minions, a little too friendly, ghosts in the engine, implicating someone else, villianous deeds, heard it on the grapevine, annoying the engineers, delegation is the key to success

That does sound alarming. Is there no one around to replace this Highwind fellow?

Pray tell, how is your health?

While many of our other mechanics are quite capable, I don't think any of them have his experience and, well, I hear that no one really wants the job. Not until these engine room problems are sorted out at least.

Actually I'm feeling much better. I think your advice worked wonders, Doctor. How have your exploits in the Radio Room been progressing?

What sort of problems? I can hardly believe that there would be ghosts, of all things, walking around in our ship, though I have met people who swear by their existence.

Ah, I'm glad to hear that. As for the radio room, I think I may have blasted the surrounding ships with senseless music for a while before I found the controls to turn the things off.

Noises, mostly. Things moving around when nobody could have touched them. Machines spontaneously breaking down and then starting back up for no reason. That kind of thing.

Oh dear, how unfortunate. Hopefully they didn't chew you out too badly...although I suppose if you didn't find the correct dial you probably wouldn't have heard them anyway.

You--...Fine.

...Are you going to tell me what it is? There's no point dragging it out.

Enthusiastic, hm? That's exactly what I like to see, especially since you're going to become the most industrious little passenger on this boat.

First of all, fix your encryption. Anything less than complete security will get you a smack on the nose from me, and the bruises will look rather unsightly on a pretty thing like you.

Secondly, Cirucci-darling, are you any good at fighting?

*dryly*

A woman should enjoy her work, shouldn't she? Oh, and--

*then, flatter, in regards to the security--*

Fixed.

*there's a slight pause before she continues, and when she does, a hint of indignation can be heard in her voice*

Am I any good at--...what the hell is this, Ichimaru. You already know my skill with Golondrina. Like I'd dare let the years soften her. She's been so restless, you know. A little polish might do her some good.

...You don't mean fighting without her, do you? Fighting in human form isn't nearly as much fun. It's been so long since I've been allowed to fight proper. You shouldn't deny a woman her enjoyment.

Aww, look at how quickly you improved there. Would you like a cookie?

And no, actually I think fighting without her would do wonders for you. It's not a good idea to get too reliant, you see, just in case you're ever stuck in a sticky situation without your zanpakuto. Aizen-sama would be so terribly disappointed in me if I didn't prepare you for all eventualities~♥

So leave the sword in your room, and then go tell Madarame-san that you heard he was looking for a new sparring partner. Tell him you fight best without a weapon. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it quickly enough. Oh, and I expect a full report on his fighting technique. By the end of the week, there's a good girl.

Now, how do you feel about cooking?
