[The video turns on to Seifer. He's a little pale, but he won't say anything if no one else says anything. And he'd appreciate you not saying anything, so. All in all he looks like he has his shit a little more together; at least he looks functional, a little less angry. There's a sort of bitterness he didn't use to have, but hey he's not shooting

Well, Knowlton seems to be in some sort of coma, he was administered with the vaccine after he was found unconscious. I'm not sure as to the full details, but I'm sure Miss Eirin can supply more.
Besides the normal... I can't beleive I just said normal, is anything normal about this place? not that much. One of the news people seem to have vanished, and was very angry at us, the scientists have been quiet. Though that news story earlier has me a bit worried....

I wanna know who contacted the scientists and which one answered. Who found Knowlton would be good too.

Um... a young man at this frequency, guardianofman named Lute made an open letter requesting they give the situation. princessofmoe Rika furthered the discussion and they were able to obtain the vaccine that was demanded. I'm not sure who was on the team that went to meet Knowlton, but I do know that Miss Eirin was involved. As for who answered.... I think it was Miss Q, the conversation is here. It's really hard to follow when you don't know the full picture.

Other than that, it seemed to be quiet enough, for Discedo, besides what one can assume has been miscellaneous chip related shenanigans. [And Jill. He needed to look in on that. Like Seifer had asked him to. Then again, he'd meant to do so in the first place, her last thing over the comm had not exactly been great.]
... you're so diplomatic. [Shaking his head at the way he talks to everyone over the comm. Is this what Hans meant? Really?]

Chip problems are important too. Spill.

I never said they weren't. I don't believe any were ever confirmed as actual chip problems, but the way things happened leads one to believe that they were just that. Oddities happening but only lasting for a few days up to a week. Never anything terribly serious. Not that chip related things are always safe or simple. But from what I remember, people were acting a bit off before, and most recently this nonsense with the water barriers. People have been stuck, surrounded by water and nothing seems to be able to get through them, even with it just being water. Though from what I heard some did break or dissipate.
[Credo sighs a bit.]We should see about trying to get people to stay at the hospital after having their chip removed, preferably in a part away from others, or very limited to interaction with anyone else, until their powers or what not are under control. We have enough to deal with without ( ... )

We have the safehouse. I don't care if people use it or not; if they make a problem of themselves they have to go. Otherwise it's just annoyances. I can live with those.
Acting off how.

[...lmfao he thinks that of like... everyone so this is nothing new |D] He's still breathing, I'd say he's fine.
[You know, unless he wakes up and Seifer hands him over to Riful. Then he'd be less fine.]
