Ok...wtf is going on in Mo Valley??

They were without a Police Chief for 9 months (I think it was?) and then they hired a new guy. He was only on the job for one WEEK (!!) when he resigned.

Supposedly he quit because he said he didnt have control of the Police Department -- Mayor has no comment...hrrmmm....interesting.
