I want to hear them. Folk Remedies, family remedies, personal remedies, food, vitamin, mineral or spiritual, LEMME HEAR EM!!

This sore throat is making me feel like I constantly need to throw up, and its GOT to go.

My mamaw always said that if you have a sore throat you need to gargle with very strong mouthwash at LEAST 4-5 times a day to kill off the 'badness'.
