Poor Betty rat...

One of my rats is getting pretty old. For rats, anyway. I don't think she's got much longer right now, as she's got almost no energy and she seems to have something wrong with her fur/skin on her hind legs. I'm kinda puzzled about it, I'm not sure what it really is. At first glace, it just looks as though she has some dirt on her fur there. But
