*Smiles* Glad you liked it. It was supposed to be sort of bittersweet though, in the way that Alfons would never be forgotten...But at the same time...yeah, it is really sad.

Though...still, I'm glad you liked it. I'm not too happy with the way this came out, so the fact that people like it regardless makes me a floaty author. ^.^

i was trying to come up with a word to describe my feelings after reading this (how many times can i say sad; i need a thesaurasus). but then i read your response to one of the other commenters i knew that is how i felt "bittersweet". do not question your confidence or abilities to put your thoughts/dreams/stories to paper. you wrote this:

...I'm not too confident about my 'sentimental' works (especially since most of them come out of 'out of the blue' bursts of inspiration)

sentiment is partly (a big part) of inspiration. ex: you see your lover asleep on the couch just drowsy. it gives you an inspiration. this inspiration is to cover said lover with a blanket and press a kiss to lovers forhead. inspiration and sentiment are intertwined; just like lovers.

thanks for sharing your inspiring and sentimental story with us. it is greatly appreciated that you do this because you want to and not because you have to.
