I think the grumpy thing is just in the air. I've been grumpy too! I don't know why either.

If you ever need to vent about work stuff, I'm always an open ear. :-) We can vent together! lol

I agree completely with what you said- the way people react to problems tends to be much more important than the problems themselves.

My sinuses have been nuts lately too- I've already given into the claritin bit. Most people might find this ironic, but I'm not a fan of medication (especially pills) either, but it works.
