long run #7 of 18

Now that Flickr is back up, I can kick this baby out the door...

Sunday's long run went well and was the most adventurous one I've gone on thus far. It began at Real and took me 15 miles that went through Magnolia, along the beach, over to the top of Discovery Park, and back to Real via the SAM Sculpture Park.

why aren't you signed up on Yelp?

is there any advantage to signing up for a Yelp account if you don't plan on reviewing anything?

not as much, but...

if you have a lot of friends or people you don't know but agree with their reviews on the site, you can check to see what they review. also you can use the internal bookmarking system, and rank people's reviews useful or cool or whatever, which helps them get points (I don't know exactly how that works, but I got on the front page of seattle.yelp.com once from it).

also they have a forum system for talking about just about anything.

this might be my run next saturday, looks great. sounds like you are recovering really well. i was sooo sick on sunday that my long run didn't happen at all, because of this my plan is 12 to 13 on wednesday night, then 15 on saturday.
