Does anyone know of a place to get a bicycle tune-up. I'm not real knowledgable in the department of bikes and would prefer not to get ripped off. So if anyone has had a good experience with a bike shop please let me know the name of the shop and location.

Also if anyone knows a good place that does car detailing that would be great too.Thanks

It is truly amazing how much eating healthy food can effect energy levels. I have been more conscious about eating healthy food and pretty much always eat well now a days, still have slips here and there but nothing like it use to be. Well I am offically and legally Kolby!! It only cost $41 dollars in total and now its off the contact everyone and their brother regarding the change. Im SOOOOOO happy!!

So it is 8 am and I can't sleep. I have to say this is quite annoying. You know it would be ok if it wasn't sunday and I could go get some stuff acomplished but stores don't even open for another hour and a half. Ok so I got my birth certificate!!! What basically happened is our post man delivered the packages to our back door, which we have been checking. I forgot to eat...now I am starving but its soo close to dinner I dont want to eat now. I can't believe I forgot to eat I dont know how I did that...weird...maybe I should just eat something small...but I feel if I start to eat now then I will eat something big cause I am SOO hungry.
