Does anyone know of a place to get a bicycle tune-up. I'm not real knowledgable in the department of bikes and would prefer not to get ripped off. So if anyone has had a good experience with a bike shop please let me know the name of the shop and location.

Also if anyone knows a good place that does car detailing that would be great too.
